The Brelian Shop operates as the official commercial and administrative platform of the Brelian Empire, authorized by His Majesty King George I.
Through this platform, individuals may acquire e-citizenship, noble titles, virtual properties, and other symbolic items representing affiliation with the Brelian Empire.

By engaging with the Brelian Shop, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Policies, which govern all transactions and relations with the Crown and its institutions.

2. Legal Nature

All goods and services provided by the Brelian Shop are symbolic, honorary, and virtual in nature.
They do not confer any legal status, physical ownership, or governmental authority outside the jurisdiction of the Brelian Empire's digital and ceremonial domains.

3. E-Citizenship

E-citizenship of the Brelian Empire represents virtual membership in the Imperial community.
E-citizenship grants symbolic access to the Empire's digital platforms, events, and participation in ceremonial or honorary programs.
E-citizenship does not grant real-world nationality, residency, or legal rights within any recognized state.
The Crown reserves the right to revoke e-citizenship at any time for disloyalty, misconduct, or breach of these Terms, by Royal Decree.

4. Noble Titles and Honors

Titles such as Duke, Count, Baron, Lord, Prince, or other designations sold or bestowed through the Brelian Shop are honorary distinctions within the symbolic hierarchy of the Brelian Empire.
Such titles do not grant hereditary succession, land ownership, political authority, or diplomatic privileges.
The Crown retains the exclusive power to revoke or amend any title if deemed necessary for the dignity of the Empire.
Titles may be displayed, worn, or used ceremonially in digital and cultural contexts with proper respect to royal protocol.

5. Virtual Property

Virtual lands, estates, or properties offered by the Brelian Shop are digital or symbolic assets within the Imperial system.
These assets are held under the authority of the Crown and are subject to change, removal, or modification at any time.
Purchase of virtual property does not transfer real estate ownership or physical possession.

6. Payments and Refunds

All transactions made through the Brelian Shop are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error or duplicate charge.
Payments are considered donations or ceremonial contributions to the development of the Empire's virtual and cultural infrastructure.

7. Revocation and Discipline

His Majesty retains the absolute right to revoke any citizenship, title, or holding for actions deemed dishonorable, disrespectful, or harmful to the dignity of the Crown.
Revocation may be accompanied by public notice or royal decree published on the official website of the Brelian Empire.

8. Privacy and Data

The Brelian Shop collects minimal information necessary for registration and correspondence.
No personal data shall be shared, sold, or disclosed except by lawful or royal requirement.
Users may request removal of their data by contacting the Imperial Secretariat.

9. Intellectual Property

All emblems, seals, documents, imagery, and titles associated with the Brelian Empire and its institutions are property of the Crown.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly forbidden without written consent from the Royal Office of Heraldry and Design.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, registering, or engaging with any service of the Brelian Shop, the individual acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Policies, and recognizes the authority of His Majesty King George I as final arbiter in all matters concerning the Brelian Empire.
